The serviceman was rough, impolite and aggressive in my own house and made me (even as a guy) quite uncomfortable. I kept my phone close in case I had to call for help. He came stayed five minutes, told me that the repair would cost over $1200 and that I should have never bought an induction stove. He charged me $85 for the evaluation. I paid quickly to have him leave the house as quickly as possible. He left without leaving his name, a receipt or even a business card, even though I asked. The service was unprofessional and the experience quite unpleasant.
