We had Holmes in for a furnace and heat recovery ventilator clean/inspection. Both units were 17 years old. The service technician found that the furnace had a malfunctioning gas valve and induction fan. The HRV had a seized fan motor and the baffle motor was non-functional. We decided to replace the furnace and HRV instead of pumping more money into the 17 year old equipment. Holmes helped us very quickly by sending some electric space heaters to our house to keep us warm. Feddie, the sales consultant came to our home in minutes and was very helpful. The furnace install team showed up at 8:15 the next morning (a Saturday!) and installed the furnace. They returned a couple of days later to install the HRV and humidifier. I really appreciated the attention to detail with the installation of the equipment. Very clean routing of wires, pipes, and hoses. I like that they put in a proper water shut off valve for the humidifier instead of using the existing saddle valve. No one likes having to replace your furnace, but the Holmes team made the experience quick, clean, and trouble free. - Sean
