I purchased new windows from All Weather Windows for my 30 year old house. When the first crew came out to install, they did a terrible job, i was horrified by the amount of damage did to my home from broken tiles and grout to damaged tile roof over the bay window and scratches on my cedar deck, from dragging the old windows over the deck. A second batch of windows are of bad quality, in my opinion. They are worse than my 30 year old windows. Even before they completed the second install, I pointed out huge amounts of ice building on the window frame and glass to the installer. He said he did not know why. I contacted All Weather Windows and they have refused to help. I have forwarded pictures to the company, and the manager came out to see them but he was not able to do anything and suggested I talk to the general manager.
