An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The representative from The Fresh Coat came to my house for appereisal few months ago and unlike all the other contractors that myself and my wife have dealt with in the past, they were very neat, on time and so knowledgable. They provided an accurate estimate and what I really liked about them was that they suggested some ideas that ended up saving money on the project. When they started the work they finished according to the timeline they originally set out and they also finished within the original estimate. Few weeks after they finished I called them for an issue and they came back again to help us fix it. Last but not the least they clean up after the job was done very nice and left no trace.
