Our Samsung induction range oven started making a terrible noise. I called Samsung and they referred me to Elite Appliance Service. I gave them a call and I had a service technician arrive to diagnose my problem within a few days. It turns out that the bearing on the induction fan of the oven was gone. The tech ordered a new fan and returned within two weeks to replace the part. The tech, David was very polite and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and install the replacement part.
