I wanted to share my recent experience with Maple Air, as this is my second time using their services. They replaced my AC a few years ago. Excellent service then and excellent service now. My 25 yr old furnace decided to call it quits. I contacted Maple Air, and they sent a technician to troubleshoot the problem. He carefully inspected the furnace and suggested a replacement as the part in question was a safety shutdown switch. I valued his expertise and agreed to purchase the new furnace. He made a few calls and confirmed the installation for the next morning. Two technicians showed up on time, removed the old furnace and installed the new carrier product without any issues. Azam, Farshid ,Omid and the entire team at Maple Air demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care.
