A light and outlet in our kitchen lost power all of a sudden. After trying to call around for an electrician, I chose Captain Electric for their responsiveness, courteous manner and clear expectation setting. An appointment was made over the phone with Diane, and I received an advance call about 15 minutes prior to the arrival of the electricians, just as I was told. Kevin and Cody were on time and very polite and professional from start to finish. Kevin proactively showed their certifications and insurance documents. They were clear in explaining what they would be doing and, once they found the issue, they were again clear about the cost. They also identified a couple of other items for my awareness, with absolutely no pressure to proceed. In the end, I did agree to replacing the wired-in fire alarms sensors, as they were the original ones from when the home was built. Kevin and Cody were both efficient with time, tested everything and made sure I was satisfied throughout the process. I would recommend Captain Electric.

Thank you Lawrence. When we are in a client's home, if possible we always want to leave their home in a "safer" condition than when we arrived. It is our duty and due dilligence to bring to the attention of the homeowner any problems or potential safety issues that we find. We often do find that homeowners are unaware of the age or condition of their Smoke Alarms, and are glad that you agreed to having them replaced due to age.
