My husband and I would like to thank Derrick and Ken for the prompt and courteous service they provided on November 27, 2012. They climbed a 40 ft. ladder to install a "chicken-wire" type of covering over the hole where the squirrels were entering the soffits. This covering had a one-way door allowing the squirrels to leave the soffits but not re-enter. Three other vents on the roof were covered in the same manner to prevent other entry points for the squirrels. Derrick also came into the house, entered the attic to check for any other squirrel entry points. After, the work was finished , Ken came into the house with the invoice and gave me some useful info on dealing with Carpenter Ants. As for follow-up, it was suggested to call them to remove the wire mesh covering when we could no longer hear any noises coming from the soffits or leave it on for a year as a test. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends or neighbours. We have not heard a sound from the soffits since the covering was installed!
