Ian & assistant came one day after I called in. The AC had not been used in years, and needed maintenance. The outside unit had old bird's nests in it. That was flushed clean and brackets installed to stop birds from entry. The inside unit had filters washed and coolant was added. All done quickly. The house was cool again! Thanks to Rolair.

The furnace is rented, which offers a free annual check up. I called in August, expecting a long wait until Sept., but got an appt. within a week. Warning! It was 30 degrees that day and I had to turn up the furnace to 28 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Service was done with full explanation of the work. I would have liked a new furnace filter supplied for the check up but I had to give up the last filter I had. An email was sent after the check up with a report of the furnace condition. Good service from start to finish.

Bilal was here the day after my request. A long span of the gutter was sagging and pouring rain water into the driveway. He soon came down with mostly grit and debris left from a roofing job. This had mostly collected in that one area, weighing down the gutter. He inspected and cleaned around the perimeter of the 2 story gutter and secured the clamps. I sent him to my neighbour's to check the same. Great job, Thanks Spiderman!

I have Plumbing Protection Plan, which has paid for itself, year after year. I keep thinking that I should cancel. What else could go wrong? I had a service man inspect two toilets that were flushing poorly. I was told that one newer duel flush, a was typically poor flusher and the older toilet was just old. Nothing was done. The call was priced at $98, which I did not have to pay because of my service contract. I asked customer service to cancel but I am locked in 'til the end.

Our furnace and heater were installed within 4 hrs., 2 days after a routine inspection. All staff and crew were professional and courteous. The crew tidied up after they were done.
