I requested a full duct cleaning before moving in my new place. Paul examined the ducts and suggested that the ducts were so clean that required no cleaning at all, and he was so nice to offer that he could leave without even charging me a penny. I still ordered a standard vacuum + disinfecting service for a peace of mind. He also gave me lots of tips and tricks on my humidifier/furnace/dryer, etc. Great service !!
