We had a leak in our family room ceiling and the upper siding was damaged. We needed new siding to match the rest of the house and it had to be checked for the leak. Tommy (from Edmunds) came to our house and really checked the area over and gave us a thorough explanation of the damage. On a very hot day in June 2023 Tommy came back and ripped out all the old siding and cleaned up the area. He made some adjustments to stop the leak and installed new siding. He is an excellent skilled worker and would not hesitate to call Edmunds again. They have done work for us before and the results are always perfect.

Major storm damage from May 2022 so this work was done as an Insurance Claim(cost estimate is from Insurance). Giovanny and his crew from JSG Renovations did a fabulous job. They tore down 156 feet of the damaged wooden fence and replaced it. There were 15 - 4x4 posts and 6- 6x6 posts. Having a pool with pipes along the fence made it a challenging adventure for Giovanny but it worked out and looks fantastic. This new fence work was done in a cold spell last November 2022. All of Giovsnnyy's crew worked tirelessly all day and at times in the dark. They were all very skilled, professional, and incredibly respectful. They stained our new fence in May 2023 and did a beautiful job. We selected a light semi-transparent stain that required 3 full coats. The last day Giovanny had some workers do touch ups in the morning. Many thanks to all for a job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend JSW Renovations to friends or hire them for another project.

Our 6 year old washing machine broke for the 2nd time. The icare technician was on time and called to tell when he would arrive. He was very professional and took the machine apart and showed us the problem. We thought we needed a new washing machine but he fixed it and it works perfectly. This is the 2nd time we use icare and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
