Dave Johnson was the GC and he was at the house every day to ensure progress and work quality. Virtually all tradesmen were local (small community of Tsawwassen) and of an extremely high quality. Demolition materials were cleaned up promptly and there was virtually no downtime. Work was scheduled and completed as agreed and payment was made as work was completed.
The crew lead by Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. They ensured that the inside of the house was protected from debris. They removed the old windows with no damage whatsoever to the inside or outside walls. The inside window finishing was exactly what had been agreed to and entailed some pretty intricate carpentry work. The crew worked right through until the job was completed and when they left you would never have known they were there. Cost of the job actually came in under quote when it was discovered that less work was required. Sherry did an excellent job in providing the quote and informing the crew.
