Swapped-out 3 toilets and repaired a walk-in shower faucet. Jon provided me with a recommendation for a Brand & Model of toilet that would meet my desire for upgraded units. One toilet install was difficult because the rough-in dimension was too small. But he made it happen, without having to move the drain which would have been expensive. Jon and his colleague arrived as scheduled &, working like a well-oiled team, were done in 1 1/2 hrs. BTW, the faucet repair was free.
