It is unbelievable that Enercare has 80% rating. Go and check their facebook comments and you know the truth. This company is a absolute deceiver. They double charge us for 5 months without any reason. Their representative did nothing to solve the issue and just point you to another representative again and again like a looping game. If you have new house installed a water tank from them, please make sure to get ride of it as the first thing, otherwise you are going to suffer from their bad service.

Our purchase experience with Richcraft is the nightmare in our life. Our basement window has a crack which was leaking water and they sent the unprofessional worker to patch the wall from outside and the same location leaks again after rainy day. The same window pane was replaced twice due to multiple issue and the issues still remain. The worst of the worst is that their worker keep creating new issue during service appointment without properly fixing the old one. During the lawn leveling conduct by Richcraft, the excavator hit our AC unit and the assessment was scheduled two weeks later without caring our family is living in a extremely hot weather without using AC. Skipping scheduled fix seems normal to their worker. I would stay away from Richcraft for rest of my life.
