A few days back (March 20), we had the good fortune of having Alpha Roofing replace our roof and we could not be happier with the results. From the very first meeting with Jevy (Charlie) the estimator, we were highly impressed. He took meticulous measurements and inspected our roof thoroughly in order to give us an appropriate assessment of our existing roof conditions and subsequent cost to replace it. His presentation to the family was thorough and informative. He took the time to explain the entire process, outlining the available packages and the corresponding pricing. He even made available to us a highly comprehensive Roofing guide outlining the step by step roofing process along with samples of the materials suitable for our needs. He was truly a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and well-trained. On the mutually agreed upon day of installation, six highly skilled professionals came and attended to their tasks with thoroughness and efficiency. Upon completion of the project (about six hours), they proceeded to remove and dispose of all the relative debris. The clean up was done efficiently and with no damage to our property. We must compliment Charlie for going above and beyond to see that all my requests were satisfied and that I would have a pleasant experience. He even came by at the end to make sure that everything was completed according to contract specifications. We just had our air duct system cleaned by Matt and John of MP Professional Duct Cleaning in Vaughan and were thorough satisfied with their service. They arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment which was on a Sunday and attended to the task at hand with professionalism and total expertise. They answered all our questions and made useful recommendations. They were very courteous, accommodating, and most efficient and completed the job in less than 1 hour. They even cleaned our dryer vents. They provided before and after video footage of our vents, which was an eye opener to be able to see the amount of dust and debris that had collected in our vents following our basement renovations. We were very impressed with their work and would not hesitate to call on them again for all our future duct cleaning needs.
