We hired Richard to help turn our dated bathrooms into the dream oasis' we had imagined. Richard did a fantastic job coordinating the process and worked with us even before the quote to make sure that he understood what we wanted and provided an accurate budget. The project included a revamp of an en-suite, main bath and powder room. Richard provided great guidance on design and material selection. His team worked diligently with as minimal disruption as possible. In the end we did get behind schedule and slightly over our budget but overall we are very satisfied with the work done.

Had Valentin repair a pin hole leak in one of the pipes in our bathroom. Valentine inspected the area found the source of the leak and repaired it with no damage done. Very quick service. Happy with the work. Would highly recommend.

We reached out to Vic-Mar after our ventor motor gave way. They were the second people reached out to after the previous repair team tried to gouge us on the repair during a cold spell in February. We were very happy with their rate and prompt service.

Terrible service and questionable business practices. My ventor motor broke down and I called Mckinnon based on my furnace manufacturers website. They charged just for showing up and billed an hour for spending 15 minutes looking at the furnace. They then attempted to gouge on the cost of replacing the part. I called someone else and saved my money.

We had Paul and his team redo our steps on our front yard. It was a small project and technically challenging. They did a good job fixing the steps using the existing brickwork. When we had an issue Paul resolved it. He stands behind his work and makes sure his customers are happy.
