The DSC alarm system in our newly purchased home wasn't working. Most other security companies won't even look at your security system unless you signup with them on expensive 3-year monitoring contracts. Protection Plus was very upfront about the service call costs and part costs, and even gave some suggestions on things to try prior to booking a service call (and it worked!). It's good to know that honest companies still exist out there!

Chris was awesome to work with -- he came right away to check out the broken garage door torsion spring and was upfront and transparent about the costs (given our oversized/heavy door). Despite needing a custom-order part, Chris was able to turnaround the repair in 24 hours, and we're super pleased with the quality of the work. I hope to not need more garage door repairs in the future, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call Chris. Highly recommended.

George responded to our inquiry quickly and was able to squeeze us in that day -- super efficient, friendly, and great work. Also gave some excellent tips regarding gas dryer maintenance. Highly recommend.
