Utilized Fluxair for the new dryer vent installation through the roof and was very quick and neatly done. Cleaned up and drywall was closed off and works well so far. Thank you.

Close off vents for Racoon issue
I had Racoon issue in my attic and Mahamat has come in and closed off all the 9 vents in the house. Followed up twice after the first visit and removed the one way door for last visit. Very helpful and good follow-up.

I needed kitchen faucet replacement and also asked for couple of other garden hose pipe leakage etc. For the kitchen. Faucet Replacement itself it costed 915$ so I put away all minor tasks. Extremely pricey for a 30 minute job. I was in a rush to get it done due to house sale else would never have got this one. Also I asked during appointment itself what could be the cost estimate and they said they'll give estimate only after checking it. The job itself was average at best, regret getting it done.
Had a clogged toilet. Used snake tool and plunger and had checked for any issues and tightened the screws to have it sit in place.

Had got a red tag with shutdown at meter while the gas company changed to new meter. Vresh checked multiple times made sure no leakage and had submitted to have that notice removed.
