Used this company many times for repairs but never again. They were unable to get a part and install it so I got it done through another company. Charge to my credit card was on April 25 2022. Emailed to them to cancel part and install on May 2 2022. Here is the email...

I was speaking with Alexandra at your office. As you can see from the invoice you were at our home recently and diagnosed a problem with a particular part of our washer. This part is sold out in Canada and won't be available for some time. I left a voicemail message for you last week but there has been no returned call. As a result, I found another source for the part and installed it myself. Can you please refund me the amount of the invoice minus the initial service call. Please acknowledge the receipt of the email and the refund ASAP.

Repeated phone calls to credit my Visa but there has been no credit processed. Contacting the manager by pressing 1 on the phone is a joke, because no one returns the calls. Had to dispute the charge through Visa. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !
