We contacted Gancy about a carpenter ant issue we were having (we could hear them in the walls in two different spots in the house). He immediately booked us in for an appointment that week to spray the baseboards inside the house and the outside of the house with a compound that he creates himself. He arrived on time, took the time to explain what he was doing and assured us that if we heard the ants again in two weeks, he would be back to assist us. Sure enough, two weeks later, we were able to hear the ants moving again in one of the spots in the wall. I texted Gancy in the morning and he was there that same afternoon to spray again. Ebi was super responsive and came by within a day to provide a thorough estimate of the job. He took the time to investigate the issue - leaking around the flashing - and explain it to us.
