Cath in Little Italy

My tenant found a leak in his ceiling this morning and after a very pleasant call with Jean in their office, Michael from WaterWorks was at at my house shortly after 3pm, at the very beginning of the call window (much appreciated!)After giving me a very fair quote,he explained what had caused the problem and did the work neatly and quickly. His years of experience were evident and I felt like my house and I were in good hands. Having worked with a lot of contractors, it was clear that Michael and WaterWorks have a serious commitment to making their clients happy -- not just satisfied, but genuinely happy, in the kind of way that makes you not feel so bad about waking up to find that you have a messy and expensive leak in your pipes. Michael went out of his way to make sure that the area was cleaned up very well (I think it was cleaner after than before) and was extremely pleasant to work with. I would definitely use WaterWorks again for other plumbing jobs and would happily recommend them to friends. All contractors should care this much.

Kiya and his team did a fantastic job rewiring my 3-storey Victorian house to replace old knob and tube and wire for a new kitchen. Throughout the process, I always felt that Kiya was watching out for my best interests. Their work was neat and they managed to fish wires into places that I thought would be impossible with minimal damage to walls and floors. This was a multi-stage job and Kiya was very accommodating of my schedule, worked quickly and efficiently and helped me minimize costs with helpful suggestions. He is definitely a problem-solver with a lot of experience with old houses and their challenges and quirks. He also seems very committed to customer service and keeping his clients happy. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Robbie handled pretty much everything but the cabinet installation in this total gut and kitchen reno. He made time to get the various parts of the job done when they needed to be done so there were no delays and his work was neat and exactly what I asked for. His overall knowledge and experience gave me great confidence and he's a nice guy too. I was especially impressed with how he tiled my crooked walls so that their flaws are not noticeable. I will be hiring him again and I would definitely recommend him to others looking for someone who can handle many different parts of a job with no hassles. He was also forthcoming about what he preferred not to do himself, which I appreciate.
