After close to 24 years, we made the decision to replace both our air conditioner and furnace for more energy efficient models. Once we determined the best product/manufacturer, finding the right company for sales, install and service was certainly a long, time consuming process. Reading many online reviews, you tend to always find a mix of folks that had a great experience and those that didn't with a particular company. With Cozy World, however, all of the reviews appeared extremely positive so after meeting Boris, hearing his ideas for the most appropriate models to install (providing different options from a cost perspective) with no pressure or "salesy" speak, we made the decision to go with his company. And let me tell you , we were not disappointed. All the reviews are very accurate in terms of the professionalism and care the crew took both inside and outside the house and any issues that did occur, were resolved extremely quickly. In our case, the wrong model furnace was delivered on the install day but Boris came in person, addressed the situation by getting the right one and the install proceeded that same day with minimal time disruption. While it has been less than a year, both furnace and AC have worked beautifully but I am confident that should any issues arise in the future, Boris will be there to help resolve them quickly.
