I couldn't wait to leave my Richcraft rental. Not only had the upkeep of the building decreased in the last few years, but reaching staff to help you with an issue or needed repair was near impossible. There were multiple repairs needed in my unit that were never even acknowledged after being reported. Not to mention the noise aspect. Clearly these apartments were not properly insolated. I reached out multiple times to file a noise complaint only to be brushed off or told there was nothing they could do - despite there being a clause in our contract about noise. The staff is not the least bit sympathetic.
