From start to finish communication was prompt and concise. Recommendations for colours created the exact serene master bedroom feel we were looking for. Jim and his crew were efficient and tidied up. They completed our Master bedroom, master bath, powder room, second bedroom, second bathroom, and outdoor panels, as well as numerous light installations and each closet stripped and repainted within three days! Jim was amenable to any changes we made and ensured everything was to our liking before proceeding. We are so pleased with the end result! Thank you so much for the great service and work-we love our transformed space! Highly recommend if you want great results and great customer service:-)

This is the third time I have worked with Dermot and his team. I want to outline my latest two experiences with Tailor Made here, because anyone looking to hire a professional and courteous team needs to look no further. I'm a wee bit late posting these reviews, but it is worth reading if you are in the market for custom closets:-) The second time working with Tailor Made was for a condo in Toronto, for two custom closets. As usual, it took Dermot no time at all to measure and send me 3D renderings (photo enclosed) that enabled me to have a good feel for what the finished project would look like. He offered me different configurations as well--and made suggestions for spots to place long hanging and short hanging based on my actual wardrobe. (First Seven Photos are from this job at the Condo: Master and Entry). Dermot came by the condo during the installation to ensure everything was to spec. One bar in a closet in a one-bedroom condo does not offer a lot of storage, so you'll enjoy seeing the finished project below and seeing what I was able to fit into both the entry and master bedroom closets now! The most recent experience was when I moved in with my (now) spouse and instantly got to work on convincing him that his house required custom closets. He had three bedrooms, one of which had a large walk-in closet, and a front entry closet. All closets only had ONE rod with a top shelf. During the consultation, we were shown 3D blueprints on Dermot's computer, and shortly after, a PDF with full views (front/sides/top) was emailed to us. Installation day came around, and the job was done after only a few hours (no mess in the house). Not only do we now have so much room, it was an absolute pleasure working with Dermot and the staff at Tailor Made--right from the initial contact with Carol (who has always responded so quickly--even during this pandemic). Dermot always follows up after the installation to ensure we don't have any questions or concerns, and wants to ensure we are 100% happy with the final product (which I have always been). You should also know how flexible your options are when you work with Tailor Made. We are expecting our second child and needed to rework one of our closets in order to accommodate children's clothing to move our toddler into what used to be the guest room--this included adding an extra shelf, hanging rod and accessories (valet hook/belt rack). I reached out to Carol in the middle of Covid just to mention I needed to order some extra parts, and was in no rush. She replied the next day, and that week Dermot followed up with a phone call outlining a delivery time, and explaining the parts would be ready soon but remain quarantined before delivery to ensure safety I don't have photos of the current house photos before adding all of our stuff, and things aren't quite as organized as they should be, so I will only post the 3D plans as well as the finished toddler closet--but trust me, in a house without a basement, having maximized the space in our closets has kept the both of us sane:-) Final takeaways...if you value integrity, you will appreciate their thoroughness, prompt and tidy service, and honest opinions. Measurements of your actual wardrobe can be taken to ensure items fit, and the entire staff will work with you to accommodate your schedule. I hope you enjoy working with Tailor Made as much as I have, you will be thrilled with the final results and enjoy the process too!

Let's start with the initial contact I had with Nikki. Obviously toilet issues can just POP up out of nowhere, and be extremely inconvenient and can be nerve-wracking. A google search for my area revealed Sureflow, so I contacted Nikki right away. Taking her time, she walked me through possible scenarios and what I could expect with an assessment and/or repair. She was so professional on the phone...and helpful and honest and thorough. Such a great pleasure to speak with her. Thankfully, due to the current climate in the world, and to reduce contact, she suggested I send some videos, photos and detailed explanations so that their technician could have a cursory look to see if he could provide me with me any information. Shortly after sending this to Nikki, I received a phone call with some suggestions and their professional opinion. I took her recommendations and we decided to proceed with replacing our toilet (we bought our own, and they installed, but they also have the option to purchase directly from them....the cost above does not include our toilet). We were able to have a technician come the next day. Our window was from 12-4pm, and as promised, we received a text message that our technician, Giovanni, was en route--and this was followed up with a courtesy phone call. Giovanni and his colleague arrived on time, with all their necessary equipment, shoe protectors and masks. It took them about 30 minutes to install our new toilet. They were professional, courteous, on time and efficient. The room was left clean and I received confirmation they had completed along with their invoice moments after completion. Since I was not on site (my husband was), they even texted me photos of the finished project. I would highly recommend SureFlow...if we ever need a plumber in the future, this is who we will call. Especially in the currant climate, we were floored with the speedy service. Moreover, we were treated respectfully and our problem was seen to from start to finish, and all questions answered fully. Thank you, SureFlow, while this could have normally been a very stressful incident, I felt sure I was being well taken care of:-)

I, like many others here, called around for quotes--based on Waltopine's website and his quote, I decided to go with him. It was a table that belonged to my Nana, and while I know it is at least 30 years old, I have no idea how old it actually is--but it has a very special place in my heart. He was very friendly and let me come to see the work as he was progressing. He also gave me a sample to see the stain. The chair and table had nicks and scratches (from a dog) and water stains and he fixed it all! It far surpassed my expectations and I am SO thrilled with my table! Thank you Walter, for your professional service and fantastic workmanship!

Dermot came to our house for a consultation--he was professional, honest, thorough, and efficient. It took him moments to measure and we were instantly able to see what our closets would look like after the installation. We had 4 quotes for our closet installation, and although the prices were similar, we ultimately decided to got with Tailor Made because of Dermot. We knew we were going to get the best product for our investment. He didn't disappoint. Davis completed the installation in one day--he was kind and didn't leave a mess and gave me advice about the placement of shelves/hooks to maximize my space and make the closet work for me. I would definitely recommend TailorMade to anyone who is looking to install a reliable organization system and who wants to deal with two professionals who use their (and your) time efficiently. With a lifetime guarantee, I know that this is an investment that was worth every penny.
