Called Waterworks to have a leaking showerhead replaced. Person arrived on time, with appropriate masking and shoe covers. Job required the replacement of cartridge in shower taps, which were old and potentially obsolete. Plumber pushed for more expensive option of complete replacement, ($2000 vs. $1200), discouraging any exploration of other options. When asked to report back on whether it was possible to get replacement parts, was informed that a deposit was required for this to occur - essentially committing me to the more expensive option should the less expensive one be impossible.
To their credit - service was on-time and easy to book. Customer service over the phone was also good.
