Good afternoon John Paul, This email is to let you know about one of your customer service reps, whose name is Angela. We bought a garage door from you early in the new year and we kept having issues with the door not opening; and Angela worked them out very quickly. She had someone at our house to fix the problem right away. We were also looking for a keypad and Angela went the extra mile and personally delivered it to our house.
