When we decided to install a new in-ground pool that also meant that we needed to do a lot of landscaping to finish the yard. We chose Willow based on a number of factors, including positive reviews online and a close working relationship (they share a building) with the pool company we selected (Dream Pools). Our decision was confirmed as the right one after we met with their team and their designer (jordan) showed us their plans for our yard--they came up with a plan that was exactly what we wanted, even though we didn't really know how to articulate what we were looking for. When it got closer to the actual start date for the project we met with the project manager (karla). I was impressed with our meeting, she made some suggestions to modify a couple of aspects of the original proposal for reasons that made sense to us and overall improved the yard. When certain materials were no longer available or became cost prohibitive (COVID related inflation, supply issues etc) she was able to recommend alternatives that were more in line with what we were willing to spend and still preserved the overall look that we were going for. There were a couple of issues with the permitting process, and tree removal, mostly because we live in an area where Willow has not done much work previously, but Willow handled these in a satisfactory way and the project was able to proceed on time, with no delays. The quality of the work was outstanding. for the price we were paying we had very high expectations and we were not disappointed. The yard looks great, probably better than we were hoping. Karla was frequently on site checking progress and ensuring everything was being done properly. Subsequent to the completion of the project we had some questions come up about the care/maintenance of the stone we had chosen. Karla arranged for a representative from Techo-Bloc to come check our yard to make sure that all of our questions were addressed and that we had a plan for the care of the stone going forward. Overall, I was very pleased with the work Willow did. Jordan designed a great yard for us and Karla was excellent to work with as project manager, taking the concept and making it reality.

When I came across Dream Pools I looked everywhere for a single review that was NOT 10/10 and couldn't find one. After meeting with Sterling I understood why. Clear answers to all of my questions, gave us great recommendations on how to maximize the use of our space ( this included recommending a pool slightly smaller and therefore cheaper than we were originally considering). Making the decision to hire Dream was a no brainer and we were not disappointed. We ended up with a 12x28 cement in ground salt water pool The installation proceeded on time and on schedule and on budget with no issues. Everyone from the crew was very polite, answered questions along the way (especially Thomas and Brett) and cleaned up the yard when they were done. They also offered helpful advice when we were trying to choose a liner. After the installation Sterling spent a couple of hours on site teaching us how to use the equipment and take care of the pool (which with the system they recommended for us was very easy and not time consuming). For the first few weeks after the pool opened I was able to send Sterling pictures of the chemistry strips to make sure that I was interpreting them correctly and managing the chemistry properly. Along the way when new questions came up for us I was able to get helpful answers from Sterling in a timely fashion. This made it very stress free for us as first time pool owners. Overall, I have only good things to say and highly recommend Dream Pools.

we discovered that we had bats in the attic and walls of our house. After we reached out we got a quick response and Blake came for a free consultation (he actually credited us back for the amount we paid for a quote from one of their competitors). He explained everything clearly and guaranteed the quote so there would be no surprises when the work was done. The quote came in substantially cheaper than the quote we got from a competitor but covered the same services. The crew came as scheduled, did a great job, and cleaned up the site really well when they were done. I appreciate that the were extra careful with their materials/tools as we had just recently had some significant landscaping done. The guys that did the work were very friendly (even the neighbours commented on this). After the work was done both Blake and Chris touched base to make sure that we were satisfied and had no questions/concerns. Great company and great people to work with. Everything was quality and professional from initial request for a quote through to completion. I would not hesitate to work with them again ( although now we should never need to!)

Salesperson (Rene) was friendly and easy to work with. He seemed upfront with information and I got a fair price and good value. they were unable to replace the furnace the next day but they temporized the old one to a functioning state until replacement could be done. team was efficient, cleaned up well. good follow up and assistance with warranty papers after installation. Hans did the repair and checked the furnace the day after installation because of a trivial issue and was very helpful and friendly.

good selection, all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Bob (the owner) went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with the pieces we had selected. The cost was in line with other places that we looked at. Installers were great, friendly, and cleaned up after they were done. our only issue was during the installation. It took three visits (meaning 3 days of being at home) to get the installation done. This was due to errors with the edge on 2 pieces and an error in measurement for 1 piece. This was frustrating because we had no functioning kitchen and had to rebook our plumber a couple of times, however the response from the installers and Bob to these issues was great. I emailed Bob on Saturday night to let him know about the problem and I got a response that evening). They had everything fixed by Monday. Overall, they did a very good job. There were a couple of minor nuisances that I had to fix afterward ( reattaching the dishwasher brackets, balancing the cook top) but overall easy to do. The rating would have been higher if not for the multiple visits needed for the installation.
