Kevin arrived on time, diagnosed the problem carefully and efficiently, and repaired the wiring break he found. He took an extra few minutes to make sure the repaired wiring in the junction box was child-proof, and provided recommendations for a better type of baseboard heater (should we want to upgrade in the future).
