Timely, efficient, excellent customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend their services. Time Management: A time interval for arrival was provided, I was given prior notice shortly beforehand, and Beau showed up promptly (on the early end of the interval). Initial diagnostics was performed immediately, repair the next day, and returned within 2 hours upon request to address a possible issue (was assured everything was fine). Repair was completed efficiently. All electronic services were timely. Cost & Repair: Initial diagnostic cost was waived after agreement to repairs (competitive with the market). Full cost seemed reasonable, and parts vs. labour breakdown was provided in the invoice and receipt. Washer was repaired (support spring had broken) and the machine is now functional. Beau tested performance before leaving. Customer Service: Both Beau (repair technician) and Jessica (administrative assistant) exceeded expectations. Jessica was personable, attentive, and accommodating; furthermore, the electronic customer service was very helpful. Beau was extraordinarily kind, professional, and happy to explain the work or answer any concerns. He put in a lot of effort to ensure that the repair was done well and that I was happy with the service.
