Two years after installing a new roof, my roof started leaking. During the installation of the shingles, I was watching but could not control what was going on from the ground. I saw that they missed necessary steps and they don't use the right materials in the right places. I contacted them many times to asking them to complete the work correctly and in full. However, they never did and the result is sad. Two years later I need to cover the roof again. The work was done unprofessionally and I constantly find new leaks on the ceiling. It causes damage to the walls, ceiling and painting. It's obvious the roof needs to be redone! The company representative Elvis tries to find the reason to blame, someone, but not himself for disgusting work. He is also unhappy with the fact that I call him very often to demand quality job. I have no choice but to hire another company to complete the job properly. I will also be taking legal action against No.1 safety roofing inc.

First I appreciate Mr Genadi gave us job. we did his roof on 2019 , 3 years ago. from the beginning I have feeling he will give me hard time .
We need business, but we need to respect too , your attitude to me is very rude and impolite ,I am sorry to say that .
you complained you can’t control our work on the ground . we explained to you we used regular shingle as starter shingle . that is normal way we do the job ….
last week that was Sunday (Mar/06/2022), you txted me and asked “I must go to see you in same day ” . Via the message , I asked if your roof is problem or not .
you didn’t reply message , (Mar 4 ,5,6 2022) this 3 days weather were good and no snow on the roof, where does water come from your roof?
I explained if you see the wet on your attic wood , that maybe condensation , we can help to check and solve it . but you ordered me to go to see you Sunday ,unfortunately that day I was away , Via the message I promised to see you next Monday ,then you wrote complaint here. even next day I still went to see you and waited for you until 4:00pm after you came back from work . you didn’t allow me to enter your house to check your roof. so what do you want us to do ?
I know everybody make money hardly , but we also do not work for free, we did your job if roof is really problem , we will solve your problem , we never hide and never deny .
I try to treat everybody nicely . I hope we can get respect too .
