He offered a quote on Tuesday and booked a time to fix the windows for the very next day - calling to confirm time of arrival for each appointment. Benis work ethic is strong- his pride in doing a job well is admirable and so appreciated! He fixed each window pointing out different issues and then took the time to double check that his work was completed to satisfaction, verifying the windows could be used safely and ensuring he could leave knowing that the windows were now in top condition. I've changed all windows (brick to brick), entrance + storm doors. The price was more competitive then other installers. All detailes and designs were explained before. Spotless job! All done fast and accurate. Minimal disturbance to life in the house. I am happy with results.
