I had issues with my original furnace in my home, 18 years old. Dan came highly recommended and I gave him a call in the evening. He answered immediately and I explained my situation; we did some troubleshooting over phone and he offered to come out and try to repair, but I knew system was old and wanted a new reliable one. He asked a few question and quickly provided estimates for replacement. Due to issues with my current furnace he walked me through taking my burner system offline so it would be safe from overheating and potential fire hazard. He offered to come over and bring portable heaters to ensure my family would stay warm overnight but I insisted we would be fine as I have a fireplace and a few electric heaters available, also it wasn't an overly cold evening. Dan showed up promptly the next day with another gentleman, well equipped with all parts in minimize disruption to my home. He laid out protective equipment to ensure no damage would take place to my home. The job was completed in a few hours; he did a complete cleanup and walked me through the new system. Dan and his team were upfront with the job and cost, professional, polite, respected our home, and even made sure our friendly golden retriever was shown love and did not get out the door. It is a very stressful experience to loose heat in a home with 2 young children which have already gone through so much with COVID. After making the call to Dan everything became easy; I thank him for taking time away from his family to ensure mine would be safe and warm. Thank you for everything David Crouch
