Worst experience ever. First warranty call was handled with mistakes at every step, technician sent, had no clue, stayed on my driveway on his cellphone. No diagnostic, no idea where to look for Serial Number. Didn't know how to open it. Second appointment brought a buddy who was more knowledgeable, took it apart and realize they have the wrong parts. No diagnostic again, they only know to order parts - all of them possible. After a trunk load of parts, replacing all the circuit boards possible, at the third appointment they make it work. After 2 weeks broke again, same error, same issue. Now it's broken again after a month and the new technician sent on the second warranty call came today with the wrong parts. Clueless as well. He left after 5 min doing nothing. 6 weeks ordeal, no escalation point, no recourse, they held you for ransom at their will. Considering lawyers and going through the courts.
Stay away from Sears Canada and TransGlobal Services - disgusting service, worst customer experience.
