It took several months and nearly $100 to get Canada Computers to honour the warranty that I bought from them on a $600 laptop . Over those months they had my laptop more than I did; I tried calling them dozens of times and they rarely answered the phone; they didn't call me to let me know when my computer was ready; and when I would go in I would sometimes wait up to half an hour to speak to the manager. They tried to blame me for the problem the 2nd time, and they charged me for the $30 part not once but three times before they finally replaced the computer . I was still out the money for replacing the part 3 times. They essentially told me take it or leave it . I will never buy anything from them again .
