Robin and Grant showed up on time. Robin spent time to go through installation questions I had and had a look at the actual furnace to replace. He was very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. The furnace was installed with lots of care and the installation is very clean and tidy. The furnace is quiet and works like a charm. I highly recommend Family Furnaces!

Very professional and friendly staff for the whole project, a great company from its owner Paul, to the secretary Jill and to Joel who completed a very fine and professional install of our sub panel.
