I contacted Sergei to help resolve an issue with the washing machine. It would not drain properly (or finish a cycle) causing the clothes to be saturated. Alek came by to diagnose and fix the problem. Not only did Alek thoroughly check and validate all components as part of the diagnostic, he took whatever time was required to get it right. He was very transparent and communicated with me at all times on what he was doing and what diagnostics he was running. He did find the problems and replaced the defective parts. The machine is working perfectly and am so glad I found Sergei Appliance Service and will definitely use them again in the future. It is very difficult to find honest repair services - Sergei is one of those that everyone should trust to provide reliable and affordable services.

Contacted Stefano as our sump pump had stopped working. It is important as we live in an area with a high-water table and on septic systems. Not only was Stefano willing to replace the sump pump he understood the need to get it done as quickly as possible. Within two days he came and replaced the pump. It worked better than the older model. He was great - communicated all the options, was extremely polite and made quick work of the replacement. Will definitely use Stefano again.

Eddy and the team have been great from the start. They provided clear communication and came as planned. The installation team was very professional and we are extremely pleased with our new windows and sliding door. Will definitely use Eddy and team again in the future.

Sam was working on my neighbors house and I had the same problem. I spoke to him that day and booked in the work to fix the area over the entry way (flat roof) and a dormer that leaked. He went up to check it out and told me exactly what needed to be fixed. We signed the agreement and he just finished the work today. He is great at what he does and was clean, efficient and added the roofing protection that should have been there from the start. He also informed me that the heating coils we have were not installed correctly and gave me details on how to fix them. I would never have known. I would definitely recommend Sam and his team for roofing work (repairs or installations).

The company just finished installing built-in cabinets in one of our rooms and they look fantastic. From the initial meeting with Harry, to Robert's timed updates/confirmations to the great installers we had it was a great experience and the product is supreme. This turned out better than we had anticipated and am definitely going to use Space Age closets in the future.

We hired Jib to install a large walk-in closet in a basement room that was once used as a bedroom. We have worked with many contractors in the past and have to say that Jib is one of the best we have ever worked with. From the beginning he showed patience and desire to give us what we wanted within a reasonable price point. He made recommendations but was not pushy and based on his expertise he designed the best closet layout for that room. When it came to installation I have to say we have never worked with a contractor that was as considerate and clean as Jib and his team. They ensured that their tools were on blankets (and not directly on the carpeted floor), made all cuts outside and even vacuumed the floor after they were done!!! This was one of the best experiences we had and would absolutely use Jib again in the future.
