Horrid service after closing on our new home. Our customer service rep was terrible at returning calls or dealing with issues in our new home. Trades were NOT local and continued to miss appointments to fix issues. Our rep would not return calls or emails in a timely mannor and when she did - she was RUDE. BAD overall experience.
