I found this company by using google - did not even realize they were on Homestars until I asked, after they had completed the service. I am happy to see that they are getting the 10 rating. Very deserved. Nazar was the person who came - he was extremely polite. He actually was able to come a bit earlier than scheduled and called to see if that would be fine. Which i appreciated. When he arrived he took his time to ensure that everything i needed done was successful. He also took time and explained the mechanics of my door. So I learned some stuff as well. He changed some parts, and also readjusted the motor. The fees for the parts were very reasonable - as was the $60 that was charged for the service call. He made certain before he left that everything was in working order - and also let me know that if there were any issues he would come back. I had this repair done a few days ago - all is wonderful, and I kid you not when I say the door works better than it ever has since we purchased our house which was about 7 or 8 years ago. Really fantastic! Great job Nazar - thank you.

i have twice used magic monkey - and have just called him to come again for this season. the first time he cleaned my eaves...it took him a really long time as the former company i used was not doing a very good job. he did not charge extra - and believe me, i could really see the difference. he was scraping mung that was God knows what and had been there for who knows how long. Patrick is extremely pleasant to deal with. i have told many of my friends to use him. his rates are quite reasonable. he does a fantastic job. full stop. i have just read a review on this where someone gave him a rotten rating - of 1 star. i admire his response. that was a very unfair rating, and as you see, all other reviewers praise him. magic monkey also does window cleaning...that for me was more a 7ish..however Patrick was not cleaning the windows himself. and cleaning windows to perfection is pretty stubborn work - so no regrets. but room for improvement on that part. :P

AMAZING! Leo is great. Very professional - and just a lovely human being. He did the job right and did it well. very well. it was not too long from start of project to finish. He also returned to my home after and within days (counting weekend) to do a minor adjustment. He did not seem to mind taking the time i needed to decide what look and style was right for my home and was very patient with my uncertainty. Over the days leading to my final decision he gave me as much feedback as i needed without any complaints. i think he is fantastic. i only wish i had more stairs so that i could hire him again. Would that all workers in the contracting/home reno industry were as caring and as he is. thank you so much Leo, i love it!! kimika

Mr. Mehrabi was very professional and on time for all his appointments. the time from the beginning of our project to the final installation was quite quick. i am very pleased with the final product. the only thing i would suggest is to be sure to clearly communicate your ideas and wishes and be sure to go over the final design and placement before you begin. also note there was one change that i made after the product had been made and he happily and quickly changed it for me and the added cost was reasonable. i would like to thank him for everything. we love our railing! kimika

i tried this company a a while ago. i met with the owner who seemed to want to do a great job. they were charging i think $30/hr and i had booked four hours as that was all they had time for that week. however they were terrible. he sent a bunch of young people who really had no interest in being house cleaners. they did not clean under the beds, which i specifically asked them to do. they did not clean my staircase at all. i found an empty bag of potato chips underneath my media cabinet. NOT ones that anyone in my home had eaten. also, they were using the same rubber gloves that my kitchen was being cleaned with to put away dishes! AND they were using the same rubber gloves and cleaning cloths that they were cleaning bathrooms with to clean rest of house. they also packed up and were out of my house about fifteen minutes before the time i booked them for was up!! i guess they thought they were done. just a complete waste of money. i am surprised they are getting good reviews. i spoke with the owner after they had left and showed him the mess and he did reimburse me part of the money. but i still would never waste my time with this company again.
