Dealing with this company was so easy, first from the great customer service to the actual appointment. The technician was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to fix my old stove quickly and at a reasonable price, I was very impressed and will definitely call this company again for any other appliance repairs I may need.

We have lived in our house for 14 years and had never had the ducts cleaned so I knew it was past time to get it done. I called ODC and rec'd a quote on the phone and booked an appointment. I was able to get it done within the week of me contacting them. I received a telephone reminder the day before the appointment and the tech arrived within the two hour window. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. The whole process was extremely smooth and I'm so glad we got it done. I can really notice the difference. I will definitely be using ODC the next time I need to get my ducts cleaned and I will recommend them to family and friends.

I contacted Dave after reading his great reviews on this site and I’m glad I did. I had wanted a deep cleaning of the house as I had let it get pretty bad. Dave referred me to Kelly Cole who came and looked at the house. She was very accommodating in scheduling the cleaning as my husband is a shift worker so finding days that would work is always a challenge. Kelly came as promised and did an absolutely fabulous job. I almost didn’t recognize the place. I was so impressed that I have signed on for regular monthly cleanings. It’s such a relief to know that my house is being cleaned by someone who is detail oriented, trustworthy and professional and she always keeps in contact with me. I enjoy coming home on the days that she has been there and seeing my place looking good as new. Thanks again Kelly!! and to Dave for sending her!!

I had Spiros come out and give me a quote at the end of last season, I liked it and knew i would hire him in the spring. When I contacted him, he held firm to the quote from November and was able to schedule me in right away. The crew showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job. There was no mess at all and everything looks great. I also had a skylight replaced and installed by them as my old one was leaking. Spiros is very polite and knowledgeable and puts you at ease which I like. All in all great job. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I’m writing this review now even though the work was done last June because even though I was already upset with this company last year I found out other things that made me want to write a review.I originally called this company because my skylight was leaking, they sent Chris over to give me a quote for $1000, so I paid a deposit and booked the job. When they came to do the work, they sent a different technician, who had no copy of the original quote, had no materials to start the job so I had to show him my quote, he goes on the roof and says it will actually cost more than the first guy said, they would have to redo the whole section of that roof and it would cost another $1600, at this point I thought ok, if it needs to be done go ahead. So then he has to come back another day to do the job, he calls me at work and says that my wood has rotted and I need new vents, and I have 3 sets of shingles on the roof so disposal is more, at this point they already had my roof ripped apart so I had to let them finish for another $1200. I had the rest of my roof replaced this year by experienced roofers, for almost the amount it cost just to do that one section, and I don’t have 3 sets of shingles on the roof, so I don't know what home pro was talking about and it’s funny that no other wood had to be replaced on the upper or lower roof, only that one section home pro did. They also left a mess of nails up there, I saw them before the new roofers started. I so wish I had known about this site last year before I booked Home Pro – I would not have done so. These guys are unprofessional, I had to wait 6 weeks to get a copy of the extra work they did on that last day, I had to text the technician once a week for 6 weeks until they finally mailed it to me. A job that was quoted for $1000 ended up costing me more than three times that – I would NOT recommend this company at all.
