Sean was quick to get back to us and come in to provide an estimate for our project. That was great. He was also pretty flexible about setting up a date for the work. But then he got the date wrong and we had to reschedule. When his guy eventually did come in for the work, he was friendly and helpful. We're satisfied with the work and the price. But Sean could have been a bit more careful with his calendar.

Our toilet started leaking this week, and since we live in a condo, we needed to get it fixed quick to avoid damage to the suite below. Glen responded quickly and arranged to be there in pretty short order. We appreciated his great communication, too. He diagnosed the problem quickly and seems to have fixed the problem. He charged us about what he suggested it would cost. That was probably less than a plumber would have charged, but a bit more than I was expecting. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.
