I had a terrible experience with this company. In my opinion I was misled about the costs involved in some work. Although the portion of work that was completed was done satisfactorily, not all of the jobs on the original agreement were completed. The technician became irate when I pointed out that the job was left unfinished. Although the technician agreed that the job was covered by the original agreement, he also refused to commit to finishing the work until the owner told him to do so. The owner was unreachable by phone and did not say anything until the worker had left, at which point he asked for more money than what was agreed upon. This dynamic left me feeling exploited. When I tried escalating to the owner, he was initially very polite and helpful, but these were just stall tactics - he said kind words, promised to resolve the situation, but did nothing. After about seven weeks had passed with no work or progress or resolution, I redoubled my efforts to get a resolution. The owner was very easily triggered when I showed him that the original agreement covered the work, and he became vulgar. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. In summary: the company and its employees are extremely unprofessional. Both the owner and technician were very unprofessional and quick to anger. Both acted as if their honour, pride and egos were personally under threat because I was unwilling to pay more than the quoted price. If you have no dispute with the company and everything goes well, then you might have a good experience. So far, there is no fault with the electrical workmanship. But if you have any problems or disputes, you will be left with no recourse or service - just a rude man screaming at you, demanding more money. I would recommend finding a different provider.
