Being the manager of a multi-unit apartment building, I know how crucial it is that the dryer vents are always kept clean and lint-free; in the past, various service people have come in and after servicing said everything is fine, the vents are clear now. My decision could not have been better; from the moment that the service men walked into the laundry room, I knew the situation was in the best hands: from their personal and professional manner to the high quality of service they used in fully clearing not only the vents, but also the outtakes of the dryers, and providing me with not only photographs of the before and after but also footage of the cleaning, it was the best possible outcome and now I know for a fact that the vents are really clear; what a comfort! I cannot recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists enough and have added them to my list of service professionals and contractors regularly on-call.

We try and do the most complete and thorough job possible, and after Mat's inspection, there was no way that this was done probably in the past 7 years as you've seen in the photos. The build up was incredible. Glad we were able to get the system cleaned out properly, installed new flex hose from the dryer units, and everything should work more efficient now.
