normally when i go to ikea it is busy and frustrating to find all the pieces i need. i recently used the home service to purchase the pax system. It was during my lunch hour I met a home service consultant and gave her the measurements for the area and the style I wanted and she literally took care of the rest. Because it was home service I left to go back to work and she said she will take care of ordering the items I needed including shelff, baskets, knobs etc. I called her later the afternoon with my credit card number and had it delivered. This was all done in 40 mins unlike the hours I would have spent doing it alone. By the way the service was FREE!!.. Great
