I recently purchased a door system from Torwin Windows and Doors; this was one amazingly positive experience!! Having had previous nightmares with renovations/contractors I approached this task nervously. Torwin staff made the experience extremely easy and dare I say, enjoyable. Rob, the salesperson immediately put me at ease as he educated me about the various types of doors that were available. He was exceedingly knowledgeable, professional and amazingly patient as I made my final door selection; this was most challenging for me because Torwin has such an extensive selection of beautiful products that it was difficult trying to narrow it down! Cassie, Yvonna and Nick provided excellent customer service; they promptly returned phone calls and addressed inquiries knowledgeably and efficiently. J.P. is a wonderful installer who clearly takes pride in his workmanship. His meticulous attention to detail resulted in a beautiful installation. The door looks amazing and has considerably increased the curb appeal of my house. It was a pleasure dealing with such pleasant staff members at Torwin; it is evident that they truly enjoy the work that they do. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Torwin Windows and Doors. I certainly plan to use this company again when I replace my existing windows. Thanks Torwin!!
