SafeTech has been my security provider for many years. Their system is reliable and their customer service is top notch. I have dealt with Sharon from the beginning and I find her very customer oriented, a good solution provider and knowledgeable. I recently decided to add products to my security system and am very pleased with suggestions provided by the SafeTech team and the thoroughness of the technicians who installed them. I noticed evidence of water leaking into my chimney and contacted Krolicki Masonry. Shawn arrived as scheduled, did an excellent job of the repair work to the crumbling mortar along the chimney stack. He worked cleanly and efficiently and was very pleasant and helpful.

I called Rick to repair a slow leak in my dishwasher. It required replacement of the intake valve which was not closing properly. Within a day of my call, Rick was able to make an appointment. He was prompt, provided very professional and courteous service and was very knowledgeable. In addition, I asked for assistance on a minor issue with a range hood and he was able to resolve an issue that had frustrated me for months. I am very impressed with his integrity and experience. I have been a customer for 3 years and have had very satisfactory service during that time. The technicians who installed the equipment in my home were knowledgeable and provided helpful suggestions. There have been times during the past 3 years when our alarm was triggered and I especially appreciated that the company called me first to confirm whether it was a valid alarm or an error. This has saved me from having a false alarm report. The office staff is very friendly and very prompt in responding to you. I am so incredibly pleased with the services provided by Prestige. Len and Jessie have just completed a deep cleaning of my porcelain tile floor and grout and have restored the floor to its original color, something I have struggled to do and failed. Len and Jessie are very professional and care about their work, their client and take pride in their services. They take the time to educate the client on the care and maintenance going forward. They are very upfront about what to expect - no miracles promised - but results are above my expectation. My floor looks wonderful. It was a pleasure to deal with both gentlemen and I will use them again as needed.

I was very impressed by Peter and his crew who repaired several large holes in my finished ceiling in the basement on Day 1 and returned on Day 2 to paint ceiling, walls, doors and trim. Peter is polite, professional and prompt. His crew work very quickly with no idle time. I appreciated that he arrived at the stated time, did the work as promised and left the space very clean. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will use him again.

Ramiro from Tigro Tile & Grout Restoration was an wonderful answer to a very long and frustrating search. He was able to remove some ingrained stains on my non-sealed kitchen porcelain tiles, which were only 3 years old, and restored the stained grout from an uneven beige to a uniformly light biscuit colour. He provided excellent service, and post-cleaning maintenance suggestions. He delivered what he promised and was fairly priced. My kitchen floor looks beautiful - in fact better than it did the day it was installed. My hallway 20 year old ceramic tile was repaired in spots and the tile grout was restored to its original light grey colour. I am very satisfied with the results of both projects.
