An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I’ve had a lot of renovation work done throughout the years on every part of my house. In other words I have a lot of experience dealing with renovation companies of every sort. With that said, I have to say I’ve been impressed by “The Fresh Coat Paint”. At a glance a lot of things may seem to be well done or of acceptable quality, but I rarely see something close up and end up being impressed by it. Their workmanship is quality I’m happy with, no complaints, and for that reason I will gladly hire them again.
