An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was very impressed with the team of Randy and Corey from Long Life. Randy the lead hand was absolutely a pleasure to deal with as was Corey. They put in long hours and even sacrificed their Saturday to complete the work so that we wouldn't have to take additional days off from work. This team was on time, very respectful and answered any questions we had along the way. I am so very happy with our new windows Everything was explained to the minor details by the salesperson Blaine beforehand and there were no surprises. I would gladly recommend Long Life to my friends and family.
