DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE- INTERLOCKING & PAVING
CONSUMER BEWARE! C. Valley Paving is about the bottom line. For 11 months I have been waiting to have an interlocking job fixed as promised by my Burlington sales rep Vince. I have sent an e mail to Adrian (the owner)and to info@cvalleypaving.ca including pics of the poorly done job I paid for in full and was told would be fixed.I have left messages on the answering machine;as you can never speak with a real person....EVER. No one has contacted me. I called my sales rep Vince, who on my answering machine left a message saying that ,well...the fellow that laid the stone did the best he could and that's the way it has to be done,"that's the bottom line". Shameful. Folks have a good look at the pics and be careful. I will be sure to tell people about C.Valley Paving. It's September 2013 they never can back.

- Be honest. Return e mails and phone call. Care about your customer base. I was a repeat customer. Do you think I'll use you again? Or will I refer you ? Or does it matter ?
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Make sure you are completely satisfied with the job. Do not let your sales rep convince you that you have his word, when he has your money. You may never see them again. Lesson learnt.
