Dan made our dream of an open concept great room come alive with this kitchen reno. He tore down a wall, switched the location of the kitchen and dining room area and custom designed and built the cabinets. Then made a custom stair railing. He was very easy to work with and scheduled the appropriate trades for the right time. This reno went so smooth! 1year later we are totally in love with our new great room and our dream kitchen!

Purchased the new appliances for our new kitchen from Midland. We were very pleased with the salesman and his level of expertise. He did not use pressure tactics to sell. We asked tons of questions and he answered or looked up the answer to all of our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Midland to anyone looking for appliances.

Jacinda painted our kitchen, living room, hallway and all the ceilings in a blink of an eye. Her work is of the highest quality and there were no touch-ups required. Her professional opinion regarding colour choice and options were very much appreciated. A very fast worker and a delight to work with!

Getting the alarm system installed in our home went very efficiently. We had many questions during the installation and the installers were patient and pleasant. When helping us learn how to use their alarm system they made sure we understood everything about the system before they left. We felt comfortable using the new system from the first day.

Our water heater started to slowly lead (thankfully) so we called around for a couple of quotes for service. We were stunned by the quick, timely reply from Reliance to our requests. We got a new water heater within hours and the install was clean, neat and efficient. We decided to rent the new water heater because economically it makes sense as these appliances are notorious for not lasting very long. If we ever need servicing everything will be taken care of by Reliance and that just makes good sense to us. Not even a month later our furnace heat exchanger was found to be cracked and we had 7 days to get it replaced before the provincial hydro company would turn off the furnace due to the possibility of carbon monoxide gas escaping into the house (and it was winter in Winnipeg!). Once again we called Reliance as we had excellent service for our water heater, why not try then for our furnace? Again we were impressed by the expertise of those we spoke with and the assistance we received when making our decision. We had a high efficiency Lennox furnace installed within a couple of days and once again the installers were clean, efficient, friendly and were never bothered by ALL the questions we asked! We highly recommend Reliance Superior. T They are extremely talented and very friendly and....we had nothing to clean up afterward!
