pacific home comfort expert (baldwin) was a referral that was suggested to me by a very good friend of mine. I connected with baldwin and we had scheduled for an estimate. Our first home which knowing that we would need to replace the furnace, HWT and add an AC to have a comfortable home. He was extremely sincere, honest, and focused on providing quality work. To add, baldwin is also very imformative with everything and answered all my questions. thanks to baldwin and his crew in completing the project in 2 days and i am very happy with his work. Thanks to homestars i found the most reliable roofing company to finally work on my roofing project and completed in june 2012. We are a young new home owners and not at all well informed with the trades. But doing further research i have found out that you should always go for a company that has an expertise in your particular project. For instance, I require a flat roof, although a lot of roofing companies offer the service, they do not have the expertise. I gotten an estimate 4 other roofing companies and none had the presentation that Tony Britsky (owner) presented to us. Professional, quick to answer questions, and is evident that he's an experienced roofer. Sincere with his words, and definitely followed through his promise. Metro Roofing Inc is not the cheapest also not te most expensive. nonetheless, the result was well worth it. I highly recommend metro roofing inc (tony britsky) because of the pride he has of what he does, the cleanliness of his work, and his amazing staff. I thank you Tony and your staff for the great job you did with my flat roof.
